Orange Mittai – Review
For a popular hero to gather guts to produce an off-beat film and that too play the lead character of an old man is no easy task. But three cheers to Vijay Sethupathi for the actor in him loves different cinema. He has managed the impossible producing a feel-good film in Orange Mittai.
Directed by Biju Viswanath, the movie has Vijay Sethupathi, Ramesh Thilak, Arumugam Bala, Aashritha, Karunakaran among others in the cast. Music is by Justin Prabhakaran.
Three cheers to Biju Viswanath. The director who does a multi-tasking effort of cranking the camera and also edit the content has done a super show.
An off-beat film sans dull moments is Orange Mittai. An old man (Vijay Sethupathi) call up an ambulance for he suffers from heart attack.
Ramesh Thilak, who attends the ambulance gets a surprise then.
What happens between them form the rest. The highlight of the movie are the emotional connect between them.
Vijay Sethupathi gives a stellar performance. He comes good as old man while Ramesh Thilak is awesome.
All said, Oragne Mittai is a movie to celebrate.
